Friday Feature: Happy Asher!

A couple of weeks ago, Asher and Mommy came to learn Infant Massage focused on gas and colic because he was starting to get fussy along with spittyness and difficulty sleeping.

I have been checking in with them weekly and Christina (Mommy) has given some awesome reports. After the first massage session she said “He slept so good last night. Still spitting up but he is in such a good mood this morning.”

The next check which was about a week later “He’s doing pretty good–still puking a lot. But the massage has helped with everything else”.

And then this week Christina texted me this absolutely precious picture of smiling, chunky Asher. And I asked— “Still happy?” And I think the picture speaks for itself.

Asher is doing well! Gaining weight and is happy—now if we can help with the puking! Christina has done an amazing job helping him grow into a healthy, chubby guy with a double chin and smiles!

Spittyness and puking typically improves greatly with the addition of complementary foods when baby is 6 months old. If babies are gaining weight adequately and not uncomfortable, we consider that a huge win! But I am sure Christina will welcome the day she isn’t doing quite as much laundry. Keep going Christina and Asher!!

If you are interested in the Gas and Colic Focus Class or a full Infant Massage Class I would love to help you and your family. Check it out here!
