Good news, MORE coverage!

I’ve got some good news! Recently, The Lactation Network unfortunately notified us that the Cigna plan they carried was no longer a part of their network. The past couple of weeks I have worked to become in network with Cigna health plans through Wildflower Lactation. This is great news because Cigna plans that were not covered will now be through my partnership with Wildflower. It is much the same set up as with The Lactation Network. I will provide families with a link to complete and get approval for free lactation support.

It is very important to me that lactation support is accessible to as many families as possible. No one should be without access, so we are working hard at all levels to make it a reality that lactation care is a priority.

The ways I plan to make this possible? Well, my prayer is and has always been that I have enough families covered that when there is a need I do not have to think twice about supporting—I just do it. I will always have a private pay option and packages available for lactation care. However, money is not and will not be a stumbling block for a mother and baby to get breastfeeding support from me. Whether that be via email, social media messaging, in the hospital I work at, or in my office—I will help you find the support needed along your breastfeeding journey.

Together we can make it a reality that more moms and babies get the breastfeeding help they need.
